How to request deletion of data associated with ThreadPilot and a connected Facebook Page.

ThreadPilot is operated by Thread Labs LLC. Email support@threadlabs.tech and ask us to delete your ThreadPilot or Meta app-related data.

Include your name if you want to provide it, the connected Facebook Page or business name, an email address for confirmation, and a short description of the request.

What happens next

We review the request, locate matching records, and delete or anonymize applicable personal data. Records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, audit, legal, or compliance purposes.

If Meta sends an app-scoped deletion request, ThreadPilot processes it through its signed callback and applies the same retention rules. ThreadPilot does not require Facebook credentials for a deletion request.

We normally process applicable requests within 30 days and confirm the result by email.
